Since 1990, TOP-REL have started a rapid growth of personnel associated mainly to the development of SAX programme and the acquisition of ARTEMIS telecommunication satellite.
Most of the TOP-REL’s engineers and Managers have been recruited from Alenia Spazio and various European space industries and they have been involved in numerous procurement programmes, covering the whole spectrum of component types for spacecraft application.
